If your policy is due for renewal, the renewal quotation letter should count as evidence of your no claim discount (NCD) for your next insurance provider.
If you have to cancel your policy and have been insured with us for more than a year, we’ll include proof of NCD ourselves, if possible, with your cancellation letter. If you would prefer this done via email, please contact your broker.

Yes, all vehicles within the Channel Islands require a WID.
We make sure to send out WIDs with each new policy and renewal.
Yes, we charge a standard £25 administration fee on policies, such as new business, renewals, cancellations, and for adding vehicles and drivers.
However, we do not charge for a change of registration number.
Your policy number can always be found on your WID.
We also include your policy number on all policy documentation that we send to you.
When it’s time to renew your policy, we make sure to send out renewal documentation up to 4 weeks before the actual renewal date. (Timeframes may differ slightly depending on the insurance product!)
